Leader, social entrepreneur, podcast host, and community advocate James' journey to servant leadership is nothing shorter than amazing!
Born in Gary, IN., Dr. James W. Dix III knew that he had a call to serving others. Since his journey to and through serving others, in 2016 he founded Urban Family Initiative, which is a social service agency that builds bridges to establishing healthy families. In June, 2023 he founded Circle City Driving Academy, which is a driver education academy in Indianapolis, IN.
In his spare time James enjoys speanding time with his family, serving the needs of others, reading, and helping people to "get out the jar, so they can read the label.
